Plantings The property is planted to Pistachios and Vines. +/-140 Acres of Thomson Vines +/-60 Acres of Pistachios - Golden Hills Pistachios variety on UCB-1 rootstock, planted in May 2021. +/-40 Acres of Pistachios - Golden Hills variety on UCB-1 rootstock, planted in January 2020. Water Property features two (2) operating Ag Wells. Recently, a new 1,200 ft. well was drilled and has been capped (no electric connection has been made).
