The five (5) year average production is 2,150 pounds per acre. Production records are available upon request. Water Property is located in Lower Tule River Irrigation District, but does not receive deliveries. Well water is provided by one (1) 25 HP submersible pump via underground PVC pipeline to a single-line poly hose and fan-jet sprinklers. Property has one (1) domestic well for the mobile homes.
