Plantings +/-224.4 planted acres of almonds on Nemaguard Rootstock. (Row alignment is north-south.) +/-57.10 Acres of 50% Monterey - 50% Carmel almonds planted in 2008. Trees were planted at 20′ x 17′ spacing (+/-128 trees per acre). +/-44.85 Acres of 50% Nonpareil - 50% Monterey almonds planted in 2015. Trees were planted at 20.5′ x 16′ spacing (+/-133 trees per acre). +/-65.70 Acres of 50% Nonpareil - 50% Monterey almonds planted in 2016. Trees were planted at 18′ x 16′ spacing (+/-151 trees per acre). +/-56.75 Acres of 50% Nonpareil - 50% Monterey almonds planted in 2017. Trees were planted at 18′ x 16′ spacing (+/-151 trees per acre). Water Property is located in Chowchilla Water District and part of Chowchilla Water District GSA. There are two (2) wells on the property. Trees are irrigated via dual line drip and sand media filters. Buildings Property has four (4) rental homes and two (2) large shops (+/-4,300 sq. ft. and +/-2,600 sq. ft.). There is also a +/-1 acre enclosed shop yard on the property. Groundwater Disclosure Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) requires groundwater basins to be sustainable by 2040. SGMA requires a Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) by 2020.
