Plantings The property includes approximately +/-187 acres of actively producing citrus, comprised of the following varieties: +/-95.81 acres - Lisbon Lemons +/-53.7 acres - Cara Cara Navels +/-19.15 acres - Star Ruby Grapefruit The remaining +/-328.35 acres are planted to citrus that is no longer viable and considered ready for removal. Water There are two Ag wells on the property: One (1) Ag well on the far west side of Block GN 1 (west end of the property). One (1) Ag well on the southwest corner of Block CC1 (middle of the property).
