The Tower District is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fresno and home to the historic Tower Theater. It was revitalized to reflect its 1930’s style and marks the center of the neighborhood with its glorious old-fashioned marquee.
The Tower District is full of wonderful and exciting nightlife with local musicians, garden patio restaurants and shopping.
Homes in the Tower District neighborhoods were primarily built in the early 1900’s. Some revitalization has been taking place in area, however restrictions have been put in place in order to maintain the Early American feel and style of the Tower District neighborhoods.
